Christus
was the bassist of 'Bloodpit'
- also his younger brother Matthau
was (and still is) member of this band. Christus left
Bloodpit because the band reminded him of his childhood. In the year 2000 he
finally changed to Negative, like Larry Love (Who was in the band
S.N.A.F.U. before) did.
Since
that time he plays the guitar and provides us perfect guitar-riffs -
but this fact isn't astonishing at all: Christus said that he plays
guitar since he was 5 years young.
His
father Arwo was member of the finish band Popeda
- so Christus was raised in a tourbus literally. Unfortunately his
father died in fact of an illness... Although he's gone, Arwo is
still a idol for Christus himself.
Not
only Christus' father is much worth to the guitarist - he calls the
guitarist Jack of Private Line 'Soulmate' for example.
Christus
lives together with Larry Love in Tampere
(Southfinland).
He said
to an interviewer of a magazine that he lost his virginity when he was a child because
of a man... try to believe him or don't - I leave it to you ;).
The
guitarist drinks a lot of alcohol -
so the other bandmembers are maybe right, when they call him an "alcoholic"
;D.
He also likes the style of Andy McCoy (Hanoi Rocks) and he also
likes Zakk Wylde and Jimmi Hendrix.
At
the Ruisrock-festival on 5th of July 2003 Christus fell
off the stage. He nearly broke his backbone because he wanted to
do stagediving. Also many newspapers in finland reported about this
incident...
Christus
looks a bit extraordinary, but not only because of this fact he calls
attention to hisself: In Oulu Jonne throwed out a TV of the
hotel-window because Christus wanted him to do this - and so he demonstrated that he's an "evil rockstar"
(And I think this was amusing ;D). Christus also wanted to throw out
the minibar, but he failed because of his back-injury.
